    Elevex is a commercial equipment lender modernizing how businesses apply for financing. I was a software engineer on the online application platform and the automation and internal tooling around it.

    Venture Analyst Intern

    1809 Capital, Oxford, OH.

    1809 is an early-stage venture fund in Oxford, Ohio. I worked on the investment team doing research and diligence on prospective deals, and was the firm's internal lead on VentureOS, the AI diligence platform my capstone team built for them.

    Swell is an early-stage venture firm. I interned on the AI and automation side, building tools that helped the team find and evaluate startups worth a conversation.

Analysts at 1809 were spending days researching one company. VentureOS reads in a fund's whole portfolio, researches every company with AI grounded in live search, scores each against the firm's criteria, and lets you ask it questions afterward.
